How to solve the problem of shaft sticking in twin-shaft concrete mixer

1. Adjust the feeding sequence and time. Let the aggregate and powder fall into the mixer after premixing, so that the powder can adhere to the aggregate to a certain extent, reduce the possibility of the powder falling into the mixer and adhering to the mixing shaft and arm, and improve the mixing efficiency.

2. Design the feeding system on the mixer cover. According to the specific size of the cement mixer, it can most effectively reduce the mixer shaft sticking.

3. Solve the mixing inefficiency zone. The linear speed of the mixing arm is too slow at the end close to the mixing shaft. At the end close to the mixing shaft, due to the relatively slow linear speed, a mixing inefficiency zone or even a dead zone is formed. The mixture moves slowly in the inefficient zone, and the convection and penetration between the phases are not intense, which makes it easy for the mixture to adhere to the mixing shaft, forming a "shaft sticking" phenomenon.
