Check before starting
Before starting the mixer in winter, check whether the water tank, valves, pipes and other parts are frozen. If ice is found, remove the ice before starting the mixer.
Operation after starting
After starting the mixer engine, it should be idle for about 3-5 minutes. The mixer should reach normal lubrication, normal oil pressure and suitable water temperature before operating the vehicle. Let the mixing drum rotate at low speed for about 10 minutes, and let the hydraulic oil temperature rise to above 20℃ before working.
Add antifreeze
Pay attention to timely replacement of antifreeze.
