2. Make the mixing drum rotate forward and reverse, one cycle every two minutes, and repeat it several times to check whether there is any impact, whether there is any abnormal noise in each part, and whether the motor and reducer are normal.
3. Check whether the electrical control is safe and reliable, and whether the motor starts and runs normally.
4. Check whether the seal, noise, operating performance, etc. meet the requirements.
5. Check whether there are any adverse phenomena such as impact noise and bearing overheating in the reducer.
6. Keep a good record of the test and fill in the test report.
