Check the appearance of the concrete mixer to see if it is neat, rust-free, deformed, crack-free, discolored and other defects. At the same time, check whether the shaft end, universal coupling, transmission system, lubrication system, electrical system and other components are complete, without looseness, missing, damage and other problems.
Performance
First, check whether the capacity of the mixing drum meets the requirements and whether the power of the motor meets the needs of concrete production. Secondly, the homogeneity of concrete materials can be determined by direct detection, that is, direct mixing of concrete. Homogeneity refers to the proportion of components in the mixture, including aggregates (coarse and fine), mineral components, cement slurry distribution, etc.
Welding quality
Check whether the mixer has uneven welding quality welds, cracks, arc pits, pores, slag inclusions and other problems. In addition, check whether there is a missing cover, hammer marks, whether the installation is tight, etc.
