Working principle of fly ash mixer
2024-01-18

The working principle of the fly ash mixer is mainly to drive the conveying blades and mixing blades to rotate through the rotation of the mixing shaft, complete the full mixing, stirring and kneading of the mixture of chelating agent and water and fly ash, so that the heavy metals in the fly ash react fully with the chelating agent and realize the solidification of the fly ash.

The fly ash mixer uses a double-axis spiral structure, and the arrangement of the stirring blades on each stirring shaft is in an intermittent spiral form. When the two stirring shafts rotate in opposite directions, an overlapping area is formed at the radial center of the mixer. This area is the vortex junction area of the two stirring cycles, where the materials produce a strong mutual flow effect, and the materials produce a cyclic three-dimensional motion during stirring, thereby achieving a three-dimensional stirring effect.

The fly ash mixer is mainly used in the process of fly ash solidification treatment to fully mix fly ash and curing agent and other materials to achieve the purpose of stabilization and safety. This equipment has good sealing performance for feeding and discharging, will not pollute the working environment, meets environmental protection requirements, and reduces processing risks.
