1. The oil is splashed onto the inner wall of the reduction box through the rotation of the gears and bearings of the mixer, and flows into the bearings for lubrication. The oil level of the gearbox should be kept between the two engraved lines of the oil dipstick. Too high or too low oil level will cause temperature rise or poor lubrication of various parts, increase power loss and cause poor operation of the machine.
2. The oil should be changed once in the first 150 hours and 300 hours of the new machine to remove dirt that was not completely cleaned during the trial run. When working, the oil level should be checked frequently and compensated in time.
3. The exposed part of the mixer needs to be adjusted, and the rotating matching position should always keep the lubricating oil. However, the brake belt must not be contaminated by oil and water to avoid affecting the braking effect.
