Lubrication
The reducer needs to be replaced after 50 hours of use. In future production, the reducer lubricant needs to be replaced every 1000 hours or half a year.
Adjustment of gap distance
When the gap is found to be greater than 8mm during detection, the blade or wearing parts should be adjusted immediately for replacement to adjust the gap to 3mm.
Daily cleaning
After each use, the inside and outside of the mixing drum should be cleaned in time to avoid damage to the equipment by residues.
Tightening bolts
After the mixer is used for 1 to 2 weeks, the connecting bolts and riding bolts of the auxiliary beam and the main vehicle beam should be tightened again, and tightened once every half a month thereafter. At the same time, check whether the fixing bolts of the support wheel seat, the oil pump flange, and the connecting bolts of the drive shaft are loose. If they are loose, tighten them in time.
