1. Check the electrical system: Ensure that the electrical system of the equipment is correctly wired, including the wiring of the motor and control system, and whether the operating status of the electrical components is normal.

2. Determine the mixing speed: Determine the speed of the mixer according to the process requirements. For adjustable-speed mixers, adjust according to the process requirements; for non-adjustable-speed mixers, select according to the rated speed of the motor.

3. Debugging and running: Start the equipment for debugging and running, and observe the operation of the equipment, including whether the speed and rotation direction of the agitator are correct, whether the equipment has abnormal sounds and vibrations, and whether the mixing effect meets the requirements.

4. Adjust the operating parameters: According to the actual operating conditions, adjust the operating parameters of the equipment, including the speed of the mixer, the position of the mixer, and the mixing time.

5. Check the equipment: After the equipment has been running normally for a period of time, check the equipment, including the bearing temperature, the state of the seals, the operating status of the motor and the reducer, etc., to ensure that the equipment can run stably for a long time.
