1. Prepare the raw materials: put loess, sand, water and other raw materials into the hopper as needed.
2. Start mixing: put various raw materials into the hopper according to the operating steps of the brick making machine, turn on the power and start mixing. Note that too many raw materials should not be put into the mixing barrel to avoid overload.
3. Control the order of feeding the mixed materials: fully mix the mixed soil in the concrete mixer, and the time is controlled within 5 to 8 minutes. The order of feeding is soil, cement, slaked lime and polypropylene fiber. Water glass can be added after stirring for 3 minutes, and calcium chloride can be added after 2 minutes. Because calcium chloride and water glass will react rapidly, they should not be put into the mixing barrel together.
4. Brick forming: the raw materials after mixing will enter the brick forming machine and be formed according to the required brick size and shape.
5. Upper pressure: After the bricks are formed, a certain pressure treatment is required to make the bricks more compact. At this time, the pressure system needs to be started to transfer the pressure to the bricks.
6. Take out the finished product: After a certain period of waiting, the pressure-treated bricks can be taken out. Store the finished product in a cool, dry place.
